You must be 18 or older to use this Service. By using it, you represent that you are at least 18 and, where you submit information about a child, that you are that child's parent or legal guardian with authority to do so.
Jr Tee Time is a directory and a messenger. We compile publicly available and provider-supplied information about junior golf programs in Central Florida, present it in a searchable format, and pass booking requests from parents to providers.

We do not operate any program listed on the Service. Every program is operated independently by a third party.
Program information on Jr Tee Time comes from two sources:
1. Source-verified information — compiled by us from publicly available sources (provider websites, program pages). This information is clearly labeled as source-verified but not confirmed directly with the provider. It may be outdated, incomplete, or inaccurate.
2. Provider-confirmed information — supplied or confirmed by the provider directly.
We display this distinction openly on every listing, and you should rely on it. Details including schedules, pricing, age ranges, availability, and instructor credentials can change without notice.
Always confirm details directly with the provider before making plans or payments. Do not rely solely on information displayed here.
Submitting a booking request through Jr Tee Time does not create a reservation, enrollment, or contract with a provider. It is a request only.
We do not collect payment. Any payment arrangement is strictly between you and the provider.

We may suspend or remove any provider account or listing at our discretion, including for inaccurate information or failure to respond to requests.
We do not conduct background checks on providers, their employees, contractors, or volunteers. We do not verify certifications, licensing, insurance coverage, staff-to-child ratios, facility safety, or supervision practices.
You are solely responsible for evaluating whether a program is appropriate and safe for your child. We strongly encourage you to:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: information on the Service is accurate, complete, or current; the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; booking requests will be received, read, or acted on by providers; or that any provider will deliver services as described.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JR TEE TIME AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

The Service — including its design, code, branding, logo, compiled directory structure, and original content — is owned by Jr Tee Time and protected by intellectual property law. Provider names, logos, and program descriptions remain the property of their respective owners.
You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the Service without written permission.
The Service links to provider websites and other third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. You may stop using the Service at any time.
